Cabo Blanco Living is a locally driven branch of Cabo Blanco Luxe, built on a more personal and hands-on approach to buying and selling in Los Cabos.

As part of a well-established brokerage with a strong presence across the region, we combine the reach and experience of a leading agency with a deeper, community-based perspective, particularly in the East Cape of Los Cabos and Zacatitos areas we call home.

Our Story

We didn’t just move to Los Cabos, we chose to build our life here.

After living in Maui, Northern California, and Southern California. we settled in Zacatitos over seven years ago, before the rapid growth that followed. This is not a second home or seasonal destination for us, it’s where we live full-time, where we’ve built our relationships, and where we’re raising our daughter.

Over the years, we’ve become deeply connected to the community. From local markets and daily life to long-standing relationships with neighbors, business owners, and homeowners, our network is organic and built on trust, not transactions. That connection gives is level of insight and access that simply can’t be replicated from the outside.
